Nouveau séjour au Grand-Bornand pour repérer les lieux pour l'organisation de la rencontre "Carnets d'Alpage" en juillet prochain. Cette rencontre du croquis en montagne proposera des ateliers le matin
avec les artistes invités et des balades dessinées l'après-midi.

Chaque soirée sera suivi d'une présentation des carnets, d'une soirée conviviale (drink&draw). Nous aurons le soutien de deux sponsors prestigieux, les suisses de
Caran d'Ache et les anglais de Seawhite of Brighton, qui régaleront les
participants d'un sac d'échantillons et de fournitures.

I have gone again to the Alps to spot the places where we will organize the "Carnets d'Alpage" event next July. This meeting of sketchers has the originality of bringing people to an
altitude village and inviting them to draw mountain landscapes. Workshops will be taught by the guest artists in the morning and there will be sketchcrawls in the afternoon.

Each evening will continue with a presentation of the sketchbooks followed by a convivial drink&draw. We are proud to have the support of two prestigious sponsors, Caran d'Ache from Switzerland and Seawhite of Brighton from England, who will delight the participants with bag of samples and goodies.

I will thus have the extreme honor to present a demo of Neocolor II watersoluble wax crayons and to provide each participant with the same material as mine, a sample sketchbook, a palette and a box of crayons. Here are few of the 28 sketches I did during these 6 days.
